Actions won't load in Photoshop 7
Running Photoshop 7 on OS X 10.1.5 iMac G4.
Background: have been having frequent program crashes (many different triggers; file browser, brushes, filters...).
The most immediate problem is that actions I have created will not load. I have them backed-up (copied from the prefs), but using "load actions" in the actions palette has the back-up file greyed-out.
How do I get these actions back, well, in action?

Have you tried resetting the preferences?
