ActiveX Controls
I have MSN as my internet service provider, and when I go
into PHOTOS, I get a Warning Message that says "Your
current security settings prohibit running ActiveX
controls on this page. As a result, the page may not
display correctly." When I click OK, the screen says
that I don't have "Picture IT" installed. But I do, as
it came with MSN.
MSN couldn't help, and the said I would have to go to the
Internet Explorer people. Can someone help. Thanks.

ActiveX Controls
I can't help you, but from reading these forums I am
learning that whenever you get an error message talking
about security settings prohibit running ActiveX
controls, the settings are not the problem. The error
message is a lie.
Repliers may suggest checking IE security settings, but
you probably have never changed them. They may also
suggest you reinstall XP/IE, but that won't solve the
problem either. Or they may suggest you add a particular
site to the trusted zone. That won't help, either.
I have seen many posts on this forum that never seem to
get a fix posted that works.
Sorry for the bad news.
