Default ActiveX - Microsoft Forms 2.0 --> contained in win2k/XP?

    Hello out there!

I have a question regarding some ActiveX controls that I currently use
within my project. These use the "Microsoft Forms 2.0" object library,
which is actually the file "FM20.dll" in the system32 directory of windows.

Having some doubts about redistribution and availability on the target
system, I made up my mind a bit closer on the ActiveX issue and made some
research on the web. I figured out that this library is installed either
with Windows 95 R2 (which only old grannies may still use), Microsoft's
office package or Microsoft's "ActiveX Control Pad 1.0" (which can be
    downloaded freely).

Does anyone know if the Forms 2.0 library is also installed with other
Windows versions? Above all, Windows 2000 and XP are of most interest.
Because if not, I have to find an alternative solution.

Any hint is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
