    Which icon specifically? Adobe require permission for all of their
    graphics, but will grant it with little formality for some.

    Just the regular old Adobe graphic. The one that is used for all .pdf files.

    Sorry, you might think there's just one... but there may be many. Can
    you give a specific example of a web page that has this graphic on it?

    (N.B. If you don't see that on the web, it's pretty certain it isn't a
    file Adobe allow you to use).
