Hi,
Towards right side there would be a stack of Menu Items/Control panel type Items.
Click on Add Frames and History...on the popup menu click
on add frames add atleast 5 frames...in each frames copy paste the image you want to animate...
and then there is a frame delay option set it to 100 or so.plz remember to choose looping as forever.
Then under the Optimize option towards the right side you would see a menu...click on Optimize
under which choose Animated GIF.TO see wether you animation works please click on the play button on the bottom of the fireworkls doent.I hope I tried to convey what I meant.
Good Luck,
Seenu

Hi, Mark!
Just in case you didn't get it - check out http://homepage.ntlworld.com/johnandmoira/Pyroteknix/tutorials/animbanner.htm simple tut - it's aimed at FW4 users, but the principles should be the same for MX etc.
