Default Adding/removing multiple variables to a struct

I have successfully created a shopping cart that gets the products from a
database and allows the user to select the product which when the checkbox is
checked it sends and adds the struct variable to the session, it then returns
back to the product list and CFLOOPS through all the items to define if it has
been added to the session and shows the product selected. It removes the item
    by unchecking the checkbox.

    My problem,
It runs way to slow. Is there anyway you can select multiple items and press a
submit button and it adds all selected struct variables to the session? And
alternatively a way to remove multiple items from the session in a similar
    fashion.

    Any help would be great
