Adding sub-menu's - Adobe Acrobat SDK

I've been reading the "Developing Plug-ins and Applications" book, and on page 91 it explains how to add menu's. I'm using the Acrobat SDK, specifically the 7.05 version for Acrobat 7.0. I've based my Plug-in on the "Basic Plugin" example, it does the hand shake and loads within Acrobat. A menu is created under the parent directory of "Advanced", and when I click it, the acrobat display message appears. I've altered the source so that is does a simple function, and displays some information in the pop-up dialog box. However, I would like to make the created menu under "Advanced" the parent menu, and have that populate three other sub-menu's. I'm struggling with understanding how to do this, and would appreciate any help you can give me.

I've uploaded my source code here:

If someone code point me in the right direction I would be grateful. If you happen to feel extra nice and add one sub-menu for me so I can how it's done, then I will be forever in your debt. :-)

    Default Re: Adding sub-menu's

Create your menu in the main menu and don't give it any command. then create a new menu item and use the first one as the parent to that one.
