    Default admin problem

U cant just save files to the CD-R, unless u r using
sometype of packet-wrting software. u ned to save the
file somewhere else on your computer, then drag and drop
it to the CD, then u must burn it

    Default admin problem

Doesn't work. Says files are read-only, and it can't copy
to that disk. My desktop broke down yesterday and is in
the shop. With that one, I can save from word processors
direct to the CD-RW, and have been doing it for a year
    without problems.

If I could find the place that lists administrators, I
    suspect I could fix it.

    Default admin problem

Well, your problem could be that u need to use a CD-RW and
not a CD-R, CD-r is write once, once u write one file to
it no more can be added

Utter bullshit! You can add more to it if there is space on the disk, and it is closed session!

I beleive that windows xp closes the session. u dont have
a choice to close it or not. if u use Nero or some other
cd burning app, u r right. but i guess u know that
    already ;)
