What are you trying to download? Is there any specific plug-in mentioned - what is the exact error message?

Re: Adobe 5, Plugin error when trying to download
We are trying to download Adobe Acrobat and it won't start just says plug
in cannot initiate
Can you clarify this statement please.
Have you Acrobat insdtalled on your machine and it will not launchdue to an error initialising a plug-in?
Or are you trying to update your version of Acrobat and it will not do it?
Post the exact error message

Re: Adobe 5, Plugin error when trying to download
But what exactly are you trying to do?
Are you trying to download an update to Acrobat 5?
Are you downloading Acrobat 5 from the download store?
Are you trying to download Acrobat Reader?
Ae you trying to view a PDF?
Without any more details then the chances of you getting an answer are slim.
