    You can create a link to it and upload the pdf file the same as any other
    file through DW

    Many people will have the adobe acrobat software installed on their machines
    and will be able to view the pdf.
    For those who do not have it installed then it is a courtesy to provide a
    link to the adobe site where they can download a free version.
