Adobe Acrobat 6.0.1 and Windows 2003

The error occur when I close excel, the excel crash and say this "Microsoft Office Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and say that is i want report or not to microsoft.

I look the event viewer and have this application error:

I've had this same problem, I'm still searching for the answer.... just to let you know you're not alone! I can't get a straight answer anywhere.
