ADOBE ACROBAT CRASHED...HOW TO RECOVER ACROBAT DOCUMENT IN WINDOWS?
Using Windows 2000, while attempting to create form fields in Adobe Acrobat 5.0, I selected a form field, then right-clicked and attempted to delete just that form field. I did not go to the Edit and then delete.
Anyway (I am not positive exactly what I did, but the important thing is that I lost the document I had worked on for several hours), I saw error message "Adobe Acrobat is closing..." and the document was lost.
PLEASE PLEASE tell me how I can find the auto recovery of the .pdf that I was trying to create. I have searched from the Start menu, and I have searched the Event Viewer. All to no avail. No document, only the version which I had saved before beginning to work on the one I lost.
Thanks for anything you can tell me.

There is no auto-recovery in Acrobat. If you didn't save it yourself,
it is gone.

Re: ADOBE ACROBAT CRASHED...HOW TO RECOVER ACROBAT DOCUMENT IN WINDOWS?
You haven't discovered any bug. A bug is some feature in a program which doesn't work as intended. Something that you would like a program to do and doesn't may be a shortcoming but isn't a bug.
