    Default Adobe Font corrupt?

Hi. I've used the Vag Round Light/Bold and Black Adobe fonts in a rather large document. When we received the proofs back from the printer, I've had to replace every page that I used this font on. The end result is missing letters, etc.

I'm curious to know why an Adobe font used in In Design (a compatible Adobe product) where pages are converted to PDFs (PDFs look ok on my computer and print ok, as well as the In Design on screen and printed copy), but when it goes to the printer, it comes back all messed up. Can anyone help?

    Thanks,
    Kathy

What I mean is that not all of the letters appear in a single word, or only part of a sentence shows up. There are blanks where there should be letters.

Are you embedding the fonts to the PDF? You are sending this as PDF right?

Change the subset below percentage to zero to make sure that the font is
not being subset and is being completely embedded.

Let us know how that goes. I think that should solve the problem. ;)

    Hi again.
I double checked my settings for making the PDFs, and the percentage for the subset was already at zero, so the font is definitely being embedded. Not sure what to do now. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
    Thank you.
