    Default adobe pdf forms

    hi all..just purchased acrobat 6.0 and then upgraded to 7.0. i would like to download application forms and fill them out using acrobat. i can then save them and print out an app when i need to apply. how can i do this? i downloaded the pdf file, but can't select the fields in the document. is this not possible and did i just waste $300+. thanks for any input....

    is this not possible




    That depends on two things.

    One, if the form actually has fillable form fields (it doesn't sound like it) you can fill it out and save it with Acrobat Standard.

    If it doesn't have form fields already, then you'll have to add them yourself before you can fill them out. Adding form fields requires Acrobat Pro.

    hi...thanks for your response..i have 6.0 standard and have the 7.0 standard upgrade. can i get the 7.0 pro upgrade and it work with 6.0 standard?

    There are several different upgrade packages. There is one available
    to go from Acrobat 6 Standard to Acrobat 7 Professional, but be
    careful what you buy.
