Adobe PDF Printer: Resulting PostScript Files Unreadable
Acrobat 6 Professional running on Windows XP.
I scanned a document (1-bit depth) to a PDF. Then to produce a PostScript file, I printed the PDF to the Adobe PDF Printer. Problem: the resulting PostScript file is not readable by GhostGum Software's GSView (a popular public domain PS reader). Am I doing something wrong?

Unless it's set to print to file in the properties acessible from the Print Dialog box.

Re: Adobe PDF Printer: Resulting PostScript Files Unreadable
True enough. But the Adobe PDF driver is designed for the Distiller
"device". If using other printers, devices or drivers, ask the
manufacturer what driver to use for best results, and to avoid errors.
