Adobe PDF toolbar in MS Office
I would like to customize the Adobe PDF toolbar in MS Office to either turn it off completely or have it follow other toolbars - which I display on the side. When I put Adobe PDF toolbar on the side it reverts back to top every time I open an application (either one) again.

Re: Adobe PDF toolbar in MS Office
Exactly! I, too, would like to have control over the PDFMaker toolbar. In all the MS Office apps, I use the entire top-of-screen space for my customized toolbar. There isn't room for the stupid PDFMaker toolbar, and I don't need it, because I use it infrequently enought that the PDFMaker menu on the Office Menu Bar is fine. I don't even want to put it on my customized left-side toolbar, which is also full from top to bottom of the screen with commands I use all the time. But I suspect that the kind of control over this thing that each of us seeks gets to the same issue with how this resource is configured and whether it is controllable at all. Come on, Adobe, why would you assume that everyone wants BOTH a PDFMaker menu AND a PDFMaker toolbar, which is completely redendant to the menu!!! Fine if you want to give us the options of Menu, Toolbar, or both, but give us the option as a global config. Don't make us manually remove the toolbar (or in Wojtek's case, move the toolbar) each time we open the app or even open a new document. This is just ridiculous. Remember guys, it's now been YEARS since Windows supported CUSTOMIZABLE toolbars. Please support the function. Wojtek, know what I did? I wrote a macro in Word and stuck it on the right side of my menu bar, so at least it's only one click to get rid of the PDFMaker toolbar. Maybe a macro will work for placing it where you want, but I doubt it.

Re: Adobe PDF toolbar in MS Office
I do use the PDFMaker toolbar, but not all the time. I too would prefer to retain as much of the screen as possible so I would like to be able to hide it and have it remember this setting.
Same applies to the Attach As Adobe PDF toolbar in Outlook, which I have never used.
Please give us this option.

This is a pointless addition IMO
Carry out a custom install to remove it.
