Uninstall then reinstall your printer from the printer setup utility.

Also if you're printing a PDF to a printer you need to choose that printer in the Print menu.
Also if you pdf have in gif images that were converted all you may get is a bunch of horizontal lines.
This ia redux of the exactsame problem in I belive Acrobat 4 or 5 and a Major update was required. (Only that problem was exibited on OS9.
with the update 7.0.1 we have the same identical problem only this time there is a workaround you have to hunt for to find. while in Print menu the is a little button that's almost to easy to over look that adavnced options. when that window open check print as GRaphic(?). At that point it will print correctly.
I am unsure whether jpegs have the same problem since my Association website uses gifs almost exclusively. (need to keep file sizes down)
