Adobe Reader print problem
I'm unable to print documents using Adobe Reader version 7.0.7 from my iMac to HP psc 2210 printer. I receive the folling error message: " PICTWPSTOPS - got an error disposing a document ="
Adobe reader is the only program that I can't print from. Any suggestions on how to correct this problem? Thanks M. Jurlando

Michael: If you have McAfee Virex installed you might take a look at this doc: <http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/331583.html>
Ignore the fact that it is talking about InDesign. If you don't have McAfee then you might try a google search for pictwpstop. Other than that I don't really have any more suggestions.

Thanks for your response Gene. I looked at the
referenced document but the suggestion didn't fix my
problem. A google search brought up the possibility
that duplicate fonts in my Font Book my be causing the
problem. I've been looking at this but so far have
not been able to resolve the problem.

Michael,
I'd try a few things:
1) Detect and Repair under the help menu.
2) Delete your printer instance and then re=install.
3) Fix permissions.
4) Create a new user and see if you can print from it. If you can then your
Reader preferences are corrupt.
