Advanced concepts but in a basic format
I kind of know the ins and outs of dreamweaver, HTML and CSS. I am now
developing my skills to produce dynamic pages using ASP/VB. I am now working
on passing variables etc. I have some basic programmign knowledge covering
various areas but it is very basic.
Can anyone help me in the right direction of some tutorials that take you to
the more advanced stage but explain what they are doing. I found some on
Webthang - which were really good but they bascially take you through the
process without really explaining whats happening.
For instance i am starting to work on the differnt typs of variables (form and
session etc.) but I am unclear as to exactly why and what I am doing. I wont
really get to grips with this work until I have a basic understanding of whats
going on. Some of the explanations I have found assume a greater knowledge
than I have.
Hope this makes sense.
With kind regards
Emma
