Advanced options with pop-up menus - Macromedia Fireworks

I'm making a page that has a list of menu options such as Home, Faculty, Classes, Degree, etc. arranged in sort of a half circle design. Each of those options has it's own drop down menu. What I'm trying to do is get the other options/buttons to move down as the pop up menu drops down, so it doesn't cover them up. Can anyone help me out with this?...

I don't think you can do what you want. If I understand correctly, you have
your half circle arranged in a table. The popup menu just pops up above
this, and won't change your underlying table. People usually expect this,
though, and it probably won't bother them. They can just get rid of the
popup menu to see the rest of the page.
