    OK, are you sure you want this?
    Bottom bar, that type of effect is so 3 years ago, change the colour on the rollover on both bottom and side menu bar.
    On the side menu change the colour of your buttons from black, no good when you have a black in to white background.
    The black box at the bottom of the side menu take it out or blend it in.......

    Your grid effect: nice effect however how about when it fades in, as the text fades in have the grid to fide out to around 50 - 75%

    When I click on feed back, 4 browsers opened.... host your site with a better hosting company. no pop-up or banner ads....

    I will let other tell you more ;)

    ok here is what i think.

    1. Possible make swf bigger insize as it looks very bunched up and cluttered.

    2. Skills text at top of nav, move from behind "info tech skills", possibly into right corner.

    3. Make sure your buttons line up with the "info tech skills" text, at the moment they are further to the left.

    4. Reduce font sizes they look far to big.

    5. Lose gradient from behind my buttons.

    Just my advice,
    goodluck

    In looking at your site, I would have the following comments:

    a) it's a bit on the dark side, you might want to consider brightening it up a bit. Of course this may be the effect you're going for - it's just a matter of personal taste;

    b) Some of the text on the text on the Skills screen (under "Overview" is coming through fully justified (should be left-justified, I assume);

    c) The menu item "Programing" is misspelled - should have two M's, i.e. "PrograMMing" (sorry my father with an English teacher for over 25 years and has rubbed off on me ;)).
