After downloading trial version of Acrobat, MS Word will no longer open
Has anyone else encountered this problem? As soon as I downloaded the trial version I am no longer able to access my Word documents. It says that "Microsoft Word for Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have not been able to get any help from Microsoft regarding this issue either (go figure). I have not been able to find Normal.dot a search of "My Computer" which was a suggestion from Microsoft. Any info would help a great deal!
