AI 10.0.3 on G5 Panther
So here's a new one for me.
Fonts on AI look great on my screen, but when RIP'd on my imagesetter, the font looks jagged.
Obvioulsy, it appears that I don't have the post script fonts loaded. But I've loaded those up.
I tried RIPing different files on different applications using the same font, and it appears that illustrator is the only application with this problem.
Anybody run into something like this?

Re: AI 10.0.3 on G5 Panther
I have a similar problem, fonts print in all applications except AI10.
I am still looking for a solution.

Re: AI 10.0.3 on G5 Panther
have you tried saving as AI pdf first and printing from Acrobat?
I know its an extra stage in the workflow but it could be a quick workaround...
