AI10 actions etc to CS upgrade

Hi

This may be a stupid question but if I upgrade to CS would all the extras I have accumulated from Studio Exchange etc such as actions/brushes/swatches etc be transferrable to CS or do they only work in 10?

Also - until i learn CS would it be dangerous (for system/application stability) to run both 10 and CS together?

The vast majority should work without need for alteration.

No, that is what you are meant to do, and why Adobe upgrades install by
default to a new folder. When you are confident with the new version, THEN
remove the old.
