AICS: Disable snap to artboard
I seem to be uinable to disable my snap to artboard feature. The artboard can be hidden, and snapping to guides can be disabled, but the artboard still snaps. Worse than that, the snap distance seems to be absolute, so even if I zoom way in, points still snap to the artboard, even at a distance of over ten pixels. Highly frustrating.

Re: AICS: Disable snap to artboard
The only way I have found is to temporarily set the dimensions of your artwork in: File > Document Setup - to any height or width away from where you are working. When you are done just reset to the original size. Everything will stay put.
