No - I paid for the upgrade and Adobe Tech support says I'll have to pay to talk to them. It seems to be related to some of the eps images I have in to the file. I can print a new file, but not one that used to print in Illustrator 10. Very frustrating. Don't have any more time to play with it, so I'm taking it into Freehand.
