Default Airport card into Wireless router?

    Hi,
Sorry if it is asked here before.
My kids moved into a new place and I found it difficult to run
CAT 5 cables there. One is using G3 iBook and one is using Toshiba
notebook. Can I install wireless cable/LAN router and hook them together
for Internet access? I guess I have to get airport card, wireless router
    and PCMCIA wireless card.
From anyone who did this, I'd appreciate a lot for pointers.
What are you using, what to watch for, etc. If I get a router with
printer server, can they share printer? (or is it wishful thinking)
    TIA,
    Tony

Don't feed the trolls, please. Such things give trolls terrible gas,
and then they stink up the whole newsgroup.
