AIX Upgrade on an SAP R/3 DB Server

Hi we plan an AIX Upgrade from release , to 4.x

The Server ist an SAP R/3 Release 4.6 Server.

Has anyone experience with this problems?
In fact after the OS Upgrade, i hope the SAP is starting immediatly.

To which version of 4.x ? 4.3.3 goes out of support at the end of this
year and you can no longer get the install media from IBM.

Do you have any experience with upgrading AIX and an SAP R/3 Release 4.6
