    Default allocating memory

    trying to allocate more memory to internet explorer.
    i have mac os9 "the missing manual" book.
    following instructions on pg.116, when i go to "get info", it shows gen.
    info,and sharing..... only. "memory" selection is not even there.

    Default Allocating memory

    Help! Anyone....
    I can't figure out how to allocate more memory to Illustrator 10. (Mac OS X)
    I went to Get Info but the memory part is not there. What shall I doooo? I am
    lost in the slow, very slow or snail pace world of this program. Please, if anyone
    can help me out here, I'll apreciate it!!!!

    I think I read that you can't allocate more memory in OSX. Except for a trick in PhotoShop.

    OSX allocates memory automatically.

    That explains alot. Only thing is I'm caught in a rut cause I just changed jobs and to my dismay I am using an older model iMac. Whatever.... Would you happen to know that photoshop trickything?
