    Default Alter the DOCUMENT menubar

When you have a file open you can right click the top of it and select to show
standard, document, coding, ect ect. Well I want to ADD an item to that bar, is
    it possible?

What I truely want to accomplish, is to add the CODE INSPECTORS ability to go
straight to functions, onto the main document. Currently I work with half
screen code inspector, and half screen the file im working on. Then to find a
function I goto the code inspector, find it, and go back. The icon is the
little squiggly brackets. { } with a drop down arrow.

I want to move that icon, with its functions and stuff, to the normal document
menubar. This would help me so much!
