Altering speed of playhead (framerate?)

Hi guys,

Could anyone please tell me how i alter the speed at which my projectors playback. Am i right in thinking that the default is 30?

I need to slow thjis down a bit if possible.

there are two options!
one is you change the framerate in your menue under modify > frame > tempo

or you take the script option which would be easiest to dubble click on the timeline (in the score were the clock is) and then set the frame rate!
