Always on top windows - Mac Programming

Hi, I'm quite new to mac programming, and I tried searching all over the doc on developer.apple.com, and I can't find a way to make a window "always on top". (On Windows, SetWindowPos() with HWND_TOP_MOST does the trick). Is there any way to make a window always on top? Thanks, Jean-Philippe Leconte...

Yes. How are you creating the window? You want to set its class to
    kFloatingWindowClass.

I'm using PowerPlant, so I tried setting the windAttr_Floating
attribute, but with no success. Is kFloatingWindowClass settable only
    on window creation?

I'm trying to set the attribute on/off while the window is visible.

    Thanks for answering,
