"http;//kubuntu.org/packages/amarok-latest
The link came from a source
list generator at http://www.tulinux.nl/source-o-matic I also downloaded
just about everything you can get by searching in synaptic for "amarok".
The only exceptions being the ipod driver and the multimedia keyboard
plugin since I don't have either an ipod or a multimedia keyboard.

songs now. Well, not all songs, but most. Do you get no info for any?
One thing I have found that sometimes works when I get tired or trying
to edit folders and nothing else seems to work is to go into synaptic
and delete and reinstall. I just had an issue with Thunderbird. I lost
my save messages and could not get anything to save. I altererd settings
and permissions, but still could not get it functioning properly. I
deleted and reinstalled and everything works. Might try that if you
don't get a better answer. Again I say this is just a month under my
belt and you may get a better answer from someone else.
