    Default ...An error has occurred.

I've seen this problem posted but never any answers. Presently, when I try to create a new FW document, import a PSD file, or import a PNG I get the error message, "Could not complete you request. An error has occurred." After dismissing the error it keeps reappearing and reappearing and reapppearing, etc. Any ideas? Reinstall? I've deleted the preference files, but it didn't help.

    Thanks,
    Tony

Default Re: ...An error has occurred.

I thought I had recently fixed my permissions (OSX 10.2.6) so I hadn't tried those suggestions. So for the heck of it I went ahead and did it. Used Disk Utility and fixed permissions on two of my volumes, used "Get Info" on the third (checked "Ignore ownership privledges on this volume") -- and it worked. All is back to normal.

    Thanks!
