Default An error has occurrred while communicating withwww.adobe.com...

Hello,

two of our customers get this error message while starting our Shockwave
objects in Internet Explorer:

Shockwave Error: 1
An error has occurrred while communicating with www.adobe.com. The software
installation was not completed. Please check you Internet connection or try
again later.

The internet connection is working.

Ater clicking on the OK button, the Shockwave is correctly displayed.

What is the problem? How can I remove the error message?

Thanks in advance,
Vlada
