Anchore position

Hi I just creaed a site that works well but i am having problems with the
anchors. The problem is i created in a Div cell that scrolls beneath the
"header" so when the anchore is used it starts undet the header. My question is
it there anyway to have hte anchor linked text to startt at a particular X-Y
posistion on the page say 200px from the top ?

The anchor link will always move to the named element. The only way to make
that behavior take to to a specific position is to place the named element
at that particular position.
