Got it, but I don't understand which kind of URL you app. accepts; I
have tried to feed it with some URLs from Google, but it says they are
not valid URLs.

It needs the complete url to the rss file. Here are some examples.

http://boingboing.net/rss.xml
http://www.scripting.com/rss.xml

ok, these work!

But where can I find a list of such urls?
I have no idea where to start from.

Anyway, when I try to do the 'import' function, from the File menu, Tofu
opens the finder, but it gets blocked on the desktop, and the 'cancel'
function doesn't work.

I have to force-quit the application to retrieve the normal desktop
view.

I am on OS X.2.6, iMac 700Mhz combo, 516MB Ram.
