Annoying imode.js error resolved

There is an invalid XML declaration extention which causes that annoying
imode.js error in dreamweaver mx 2004.

Took several hours for me to find it, but once I found it I felt stupid ( was
the only extention written by a japaneese author on my list )

From what I understand, the imode extension was written for DW4 or
earlier, so it may have been a lot more lenient than DWMX2004 is.

Do you mention the country of origin of the author becuase they used a
XML declaration that would be appropriate for thier character set?
