Any Extension mess my Dreamweaver CS4

my dreameweaver stop work (insert, commands, ...)
i think it was some extension i have installed, but when i want to remove or
disable it says: internal error (contact any ...) extension will not be
removed/disabled

now can i remove manualy or fix that?

Go to this page:

Try #4 first, restart Dreamweaver, that may help your situation, but if that doesn't help, then try #12 as it will wipe out all installed extensions and allow you to close to a fresh install of Dreamweaver. If those don't work, then you're likely in for a uninstall/reinstall process.
