Any integrated ASP & FTP solution - ASP Components

I'd like to know if there is any robust FTP solution out there that integrates well with ASP applications. In particular, it has to allow huge uploads over 3 gigabytes in size. It must have the ability to resume incomplete uploads by the users. Any suggestions? Thank you....

i.e. seamlessly integrates with ASP applications. For example, the ASP
application will allow the user to pick and choose which local file to
upload via client-side scripting, where to store this file on the server,
update database record, etc. Upon clicking the upload button, the FTP
"component" will then be engaged to receive the upload (potentially over 3
gigabytes in size) from the user. It will write the upload file into the
server location. Upon completion, the ASP app will get ackownledged and
    update the database records appropriately.

    That's what I mean.

Clear, but FTP and ASP cannot talk to each other using 'acknowlged events'.
