Any way to create an OS 9.2 install/restore CD? - Mac Applications & Software

Is there any way to create a bootable CD with OS 9.2, and with an installer for the same OS? My iBook's restore/install CDs only speak OS X. Reinstallation of 9.2 is a difficult proposition and the iBook won't boot with the old 9.1 CDs I have -- nor will anything older than 9.2 install on it, so you can't install 9.1 and then upgrade. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ H.B. That's good to know. Now can someone tell me how to do this, please?

Looks like this basically involves making a copy of your system folder
into a new folder or a partition, then burning those files as a
    bootable CD.

I thought that an alternative might be creating a partition in Toast,
then running various installers to get a system folder that could be
copied onto the computer -- but I'm not sure that an installer for 9.0
and then the various updaters would work on a computer that shipped
    with 9.2.2.

What would be ideal would be a way to extract the 9.2 stuff from the
OS X install or restore discs that shipped with this iBook. Absent
that, I suppose I probably could create a partition on an old computer
and install the full 9.2 via the 9.0 original install discs and
various updaters. But would such a boot disc boot up a new iBook?
