Any webcams (USB/FW) work well with 366Mhz iBook? - Mac Applications & Software

I'm looking to set grandparents up with Video Chat to their grandchildren. #1 requirement is STABLE SOFTWARE. They have an iBook 366 (w/ firewire), OS X 10.2, and DSL. On this end, I have a Beige G3 upgraded to G4/466 and DSL. I can get a firewire card if necessary. Looking for recommendations for web cameras, and software that works now. Very interested in iChat AV/iSight, of course, but can't buy two whole new (faster) computers. Looking more for tried and true solutions that work now. TIA...

On PBook 300, Ibook 366 and imac 400, I have tested most of the software
    available, I suggest:

    - Yahoo Messenger for video

    - Netfone for sound

given your machines, I suggest a Logitech pro 4000, Logitech now has a
driver that CONSIDERABLY improved the quality of the picture
