Does anyone know Jason South?? He had a shot published in the Melbourne Cup liftout of The Age - one of the guys at work would like to buy a copy of that photo... Cheers, Stuart...

    Go on the SMH or AGE website and go to photo sales. You will find you can
    buy most photos if you have a publish date.
    (Assuming the photographer was commissioned by The Age)

    (Iraq, Afghanistan, Rwanda ......)

    You will have to buy the pic through the Age..

    commercial copyright (unless he has a specific agreement to the
    contrary). Jason would own the moral copyright, essentially meaning
    he must be credited for his work.

    Them's the breaks - if you're a staff photographer you get paid
    regularly, but dont make your own sales... if you're not, you make
    your own sales but don't always get paid :o)
