I've read that a few of you have had this same problem and am wondering if anyone has been able to fix it aside from upgrading to AICS. I've downloaded and followed the Knowledgebase document that is supposed to fix this problem to no avail, I cannot locate the corrupt font.

Deleting AdobeFont.lst files didn't help. Deactivating Suitcase XI made no improvement, so I tried the next step. After the tedious task of turning off/then back on all fonts a few at a time using Font Book, the Color Swatch Library behaved correctly after all fonts were loaded again until I turned on Suitcase XI. Then it went back to being non-existant.

Has anyone out there determined what font caused the problem on your machines? Could it be that everyone with this problem has the same corrupt font, perhaps one that shipped with a certain machine/OS?
