AOL is destroying their service... - Mac Applications & Software

Default AOL is destroying their service...

I no longer am a paying aol subscriber. AOL has sent the majority of their
tech support oversees for "cheaper" labor.

AOL has destroyed their once very powerful downloads center. Know its all web
based, which is slower, and does not give me all the options I once had when
the service was only on AOL. As of the moment keyword Newsgroups is fast,
because its on AOL. I am willing to gamble that AOL has plans to convert this
service to a web based service.

I also have a number of other non addressed complaints about AOL. As I said I
am no longer a paying subscriber, those days are over.

People with experience on AOL please respond. Yes, I have complained to them.
One individual is even doing to create a petition against aol, which I will
    support of co.

I only use AOL for email.

In February they made a marketing change that allowed anonymous signups,
and AOL-to-AOL spam skyrocketed. But in the past two months that has
improved greatly. Even the Outsideworld-to-AOL spam seems to be down,
so they must be doing something right.
