APACHE bridge error

Hi

We have different environments (Development, QA and UAT). We are having few
wizards. When we click on those wizards in development it is working fine. The
same code is not working fine in 'QA'. I am receiving APACHE bridge error.
Whenever I click this particulart wizard it is bringing down my QA machine. The
error stats 'APACHE bridge error'.

Also notice that coldfusion configuration in development is same in QA also.

Can anyone give suggestion to figure out the problem?

What webserver, OS, ColdFusion version ?

Please provide more info ( reviewing

Webserver is : apache 2 with application server as weblogic 8.1
Coldfusion version : ColdFusion Server Enterprise 6.1 (6,1,0,63958)
OS : Solaris 8
