appearence of black in pdf export
have my indesign CS2 preferences set to "rich black" for both viewing and printing/exporting. However, when i export out a pdf to send to a client, some of the grayscale elements (but not all) appear as very dark grey (a 1-color black, i guess.) this confuses the clients. how can i remedy this?
