Apple's Music StoHow do I Buy? - Mac Applications & Software

OK, I *finally* decided to go ahead and buy a few tunes from the music store today, so I created an account, entered my credit card info, and did all that was necessary to get things set up. Default Apple's Music Store: How do I Buy?

OK, I *finally* decided to go ahead and buy a few tunes from the music
store today, so I created an account, entered my credit card info, and
did all that was necessary to get things set up.

Then used iTunes4 to get to the store, purchased a few tunes by
clicking "Add Song" and saw the 'song has been added to your cart'
message. All seemed fine and well.

However, I cannot for the life of me, figure out how I'm supposed to
actually get to my cart and definitively buy/download these? I don't
see a little shopping card logo, or any links anywhere that says, "buy
the tunes you've added" or anything like that.

Am I blind? Stupid? Crazy? All three?

What do I need to do in order to actually buy/download these?

If you purchased the song and downloaded the song then underneath the
green music note on the left hand side should be a "Purchased Music".

This is where the files are downloaded to. I have never seen a "Shopping
    cart" at Music Store.

That's because you don't have it set to use the Shopping Cart in the
    preferences. Duh.
