Application Connection to Comm Server SLOW!!!

I am hoping that someone will be able to assist me to discover why it takes
about 10-15 seconds for my application to finally connect to the Comm Server
1.5. When I tell load my application in a browser, it takes about 10-15
seconds before my application light turns "green" telling me that I'm connected.

The other unusal thing that I notice is that my instance of my application,
even after it finally makes connection to the server, does not show up under
the Administration Counsel "Diagnostic Tab" as a application and instance. The
application works, but for some reason does not show up under this area. The
same application should also be seen under the Application Inspector but
doesn't.

Am I missing something? I have a system that is setup using two (2)
application adaptors that use seperate IP and directories. The first adaptor
application works great with the application showing up under the areas listed
above, but when the same application is called using the second adaptor, then
we see the inconsistancies listed above.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to setup multiple adaptors for
different applications and need them to connect quickly and then operate
correctly in the Administration Counsel. I appreciate any help that you may
provide.
