Hello all,

I stay in Cambodia, How can I receive the Public preview of Vista? Thanks in
advance.

Did you sign up using the link provided by Zack? Remember to select English
if you don't see your native language then select your country of residence
on the next page. If Cambodia is not listed as one of the Countries, then I
guess downloading the Public BETA from Microsoft's site will be the only
choice for receiving.

here is very poor (Low speed). Is there any way to receive Vista?

That is most likely a download and the OP needs Vista on CD since the OP has
issues with downloading Vista.
